I Was So Sorry To Hear Of Frank’S Passing. I First Met Frank When We Were Both Freshmen At Davidson College, And We Both Pledged Sigma Nu Fraternity. After Graduation From Davidson, We Went Our Separate Ways Until I Met Him Again At The Presbyterian General Assembly Held In Minneapolis, Mn. Then, A Couple Of Years Later, I Had The Previledge Of Sharing A Condo With Him And Joan At Hilton Head, Sc For A Class Of ’62 Unofficial Reunion. Frank Set An Example At Davidson And Throughout His Life For All Of Us To Follow. He Will Be Sorely Missed.

Frank Was A Faithful Attendee Of The Charleston Area Religious Leaders Association. He Always Came In Work Clothes Because He Had Just Come From Working At Habitat For Humanity Or Would Be Going After The Meeting. He Had A Gentle, Friendly Smile And Was A Great Contributor To Our Conversations. May He Rest In Peace Through The Mercy Of God. Marquita+

Frank Was A Friend And A Valued Colleague For Me And Many Among The Clergy That Served In Charleston. He Will Be Greatly Missed By Our Faith Community. As We Pray In The Orthodox Tradition, “With The Saints Give Rest, O Christ, To The Soul Of Thy Servant Frank Mansell In That Place Of Brightness, That Place Of Verdure, That Place Of Repose, Where There Is Neither Sickness, Nor Sorrow, Nor Sighing, But Life Everlasting.” May His Memory Be Eternal, And May The Peace Of Our Lord God And Savior Jesus Christ Bring You Comfort At This Time.
