David l. (speedy) baldwin, 76, of charleston went home to be with his lord on wednesday, may 18, 2016 after a brief illness
david was retired from the city of charleston, wv. He loved to be outdoors and work around the house.
David was preceded in death by his parents, theodore and margaret baldwin; wife, charlotte sue baldwin; son, david l. Baldwin, jr. All of charleston, wv; also proceeding him in death is one sister, nancy baldwin; son, dustin baldwin and brothers, bob, tommy and ray baldwin.
David is survived by one son, jack r. Norton, sr. And wife, ann of charleston; one grandson, jack r. Norton, jr. Of charleston; sister, ann walker and husband, jerry of charleston, wv; brothers, jerry baldwin and wife, barbara of charleston, wv, phillip baldwin and wife, lynn of callahan, fl, theodore baldwin and wife, gloria of charleston and several nieces and nephews who he dearly loved.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.M. Saturday, may 21, 2016 at barlow bonsall funeral home, charleston, wv with pastor charles norton officiating. Entombment will follow at tyler mountain memory gardens, cross lanes, wv.
The family will receive family and friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.M. Friday, may 20, 2016 at the funeral home.
