Obituary
Joseph michael phipps, 63, of charleston, wv passed away at his residence saturday, august 24, 2019.
Joseph better known to everyone as “mike” was a purchasing agent with walmart.
He is survived by his son and daughter -in-law, jeremy and brittany phipps, of mcminnville, oregon; brother, james phipps and his wife, linda of virginia; five grandchildren and a special friend and ex-wife, kandis of virginia.
There will be no services at this time.

I worked with Mike in Oregon at the mirror facility. I just now found out about mikes passing and saddened by his passing. Mike was one of the best bosses I ever worked for. Jeremy, so sorry for your loss sir. I know your Dad loved you big time. So sorry I’m just now hearing about this sad news.My condolences to all Mikes family. Mike sure had a lasting impact on me and how he managed people. God Bless Mike Phipps. Lord have mercy on his soul.
