Obituary

James Clinton Haggard Jr., 71, of Charleston, WV, passed away Saturday, January 2, 2021, at St. Francis Select Specialty Hospital, Charleston with his wife by his side.

Born in Granite City, IL, on December 28, 1949, to the late James Haggard Sr. and Dorothy (Unser) Haggard, he earned a master’s degree in business and retired from U.S. Air Force as a Tech Sergeant. James loved bowling and was an avid reader.

James is survived by his loving wife, Cheryl; one brother; two sisters; and three children.
