Obituary

Joshua Hamilton, 38, of St. Albans, passed away Tuesday, October 6, 2020, at CAMC Memorial Hospital, Charleston, WV after a long battle with liver disease.
Joshua was a loyal, loving and caring person with a kind heart to all who know him. He loved sports, traveling, golf, fishing and the beach, but most of all, he loved being with his daughter, Kami, who became the #1 love of his life the first time he laid eyes on her.
Joshua was a 2000 graduate of Nitro High School and attended West Virginia State College, Institute, WV. He was employed by Gestamp, but was recently laid off due to COVID-19.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Keith and Mary Hamilton, Rev. Lee and Jo White; and his step dad, John Dickensheets.
Joshua is survived by his girlfriend and partner in life, Tiffany Carpenter, and their 12-year-old daughter, Kamryn Hamilton; his father, Larry Hamilton (Lynne); mother, Janet Ocheltree (Ron); along with aunts, uncles and cousins.
A private service will be held at noon Saturday, October 10, at Barlow Bonsall Funeral Home, Charleston, WV, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Pastor Ron McClung will officiate.
