To the Family, So sorry for your loss. I worked for Mr. Blair in the mid 1980’s. It truly was a great place to work and learn. Tom as everyone called him was a Gentle Giant bold, loud, caring and loving. He allowed new Engineers and Technicians opportunities to work with some of the finest Engineers in the State. Providing water and wastewater facilities to all areas in WV was one of his top goals and he succeeded. So proud to have worked with him at KGB&W. He will be truly missed.

Sorry to hear of Tom’s passing. I remember many years of working as a contractor and him being the Engineer for projects through out the state. He was a very good Engineer to work with and I learned much from him.
