Obituary
The beautiful soul of charlotte lee mitchell was met at heaven’s gate with the words “well done, thou good and faithful servant” on may 17, 2017.
Charlotte was born on october 15, 1941, in bluefield, wv. it was there, at the age of 17, she met her soulmate, best friend, and husband of 57 years, thomas b. Mitchell. from that point forward her whole heart revolved around her family and she made sure they knew that every single day.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughters: kathy lynn wolfe (doug wolfe), karen lee runion (pat runion), and mindy diana mitchell; and her grandchildren: james mitchell wolfe, john thomas mitchell (ashley mitchell), jaden scott runion, and scout raylee mccormick.
Her life will be celebrated at 1:00p.M., monday, may 22, 2017, at barlow bonsall funeral home, 1118 virginia st e, charleston, wv 25301. a private graveside service for her family will immediately follow.
The family extends an invitation to attend a reception in the memory of charlotte at 1125 ohio avenue, dunbar, wv 25064, beginning at 2:30 p.M.
In lieu of flowers, her family requests a donation be made in her name to hubbard hospice house at 1001 curtis price way, charleston, wv 25311.
